Member Services Department.
Our staff of professionals put the client’s needs first. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive to all situations.
Claims Processing.
BMS is a licensed Third Party Administrator and has the ability to review and approve claims through our office. This provides the customers with the quickest possible response time on claims. In addition it gives us the ability to work with our clients through unique situations.
This department is staffed to provide a three day turn-a-round time on claims. We have developed proprietary software for claims processing to meet the customer’s needs.
Training.
Accounts are provided with a variety of tools to help them succeed in their sales through training sessions when the Program is first implemented. Additional tools include point of sale marketing material, sales DVD, follow-up training by location, and procedure manuals.
Reporting.
We work with you to provide reports that give your company the information you need to enhance your customer’s experience and improve your bottom line.”
